The input of 3D digital model can be used to measure and compare the positioning,dimension,relevant geometric tolerance,curve and surface of the finished mold with that of the digital model,and output a graphical report to intuitively and clearly reflect the mold quality,thus forming a complete mold finished product inspection report.
In the field of automobile manufacturing,it is usually used for stamping forming workpieces(such as sheet metal parts,stamping parts,plastic instrument panel,glass parts,etc.),multi parameter complex structure workpieces(such as gear,worm gear,worm,blade,cam,etc.),and box type parts(such as engine box,gear box,etc.).
